Week #3 Recap

I have been running my @rse off. Or so I hope.

Monday: rest / pilates / arms

Sweet track workout Tuesday (see former post)

Wednesday: Hot, but easy afternoon 7 miler / pilates

Thursday: 12 miles

Friday: 18 baby. Still very slow . . .

Saturday: rest

Sunday: 10 easy miles / arms & pilates

Total: 55 miles
