Wow, you are my hero! Seriously! The roads are *mostly* clear - some icy spots. I ran on the TM because I did a tempo this morning and was playing the whole run by feel. I am cutting WAY back this week to rest up. Plus I am a wimp in that freezing wind.

But are the roads clear? I just got back in from 5 miles in --2, windchill -20 and it was fine! Layers!

Nice job sucking it up and hitting the TM, I'm not a fan but I'm also not a fan of tempo miles in extremely windy conditions. Boooo all around!
