Nothing to write home about, but I'll take it. I am going to run the Berbee Derby on Thanksgiving. I haven't decided on the 5K or 10K. It should be interesting as I haven't done a lick of speedwork since early October.

That's what a healthy person's week looks like -- pilates and easy running.
I vote 5k. 10k's are hard.
