And it has been a successful one! Yay!

Sa: 20 miles in beautiful weather! Hit lots of hills and last mile was fastest mile (8:14).
Su: Approx 6 miles with a 5K with my son, Jakey. Our time was 33:39, but the course was almost .3 long. He was working HARD and I was so proud of him! :)
Total: 54 and change. Most mileage in at least 6 months
I am feeling pretty good too! I am hoping to hit about the same mileage this week + a hard half marathon, hit good mileage next week, then start tapering. Should be interesting.
The family front has been lots of fun and work has calmed down just enough to give me a much-needed break. Happy Labor Day!!
