W: 10 with 4x1200 at 5K pace; 2 min recoveries (paces: 6:46, 6:57, 6:57 and 6:43)

R: 5.08 easy (9:03)

F: 10 (8:35)

Sa: 5.3 recovery (9:35)

Su: 20 (8:47)

Total: 56.1

A good week. Scheduled for 54. It has been BEAUTIFUL here this weekend. It was actually 62 degrees when I finished my 20 miler today. Very nice.

And now the taper gradually begins . . .
