This was a good week for me. Despite my sub-par (but not totally unexpected) race, my HR really dropped this week. FINALLY! Here is the breakdown:
M: rest
T: unplanned rest - exhaused and hip hurt
W: 14.1 (9:18) - last miles fastest
R: 6 (9:47)
F: 6 w/7 striders (9:10)
Sa: 6 recovery (9:49)
Su: 15 w/10 at MP (7:53). Wanted to hit 12 but I got a stitch and it was getting really hot, so I took it down a notch.
Total: 47 and change.
Next week is a cut-back week for me.
