Spring, huh? Not here. It is more of the same relentless, annoying winter. We had a big storm yesterday and now have a good 8-10 inches of snow again. Not conducive to the long run I was hoping for this weekend. The difficult thing is that now that I have tasted a couple weeks of running outside, the treadmill is OH SO PAINFUL. I am just dreading my runs this weekend and slacked off the last 2 days. At least I got a good upper body workout with the shovelling. :(

I feel guilty complaining about our weather! Your parking lots might still have snow piles in July!!
